Once at the pier, hop aboard a long-tailed speedboat for a scenic ride through the canals to the floating market. After exploring the market, head to the town of Kanchanaburi for a delicious lunch.

Next, visit the world-renowned Bridge over the River Kwai. Take a leisurely stroll along the bridge and browse local market stalls for unique souvenirs. You'll also have the opportunity to tour the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, which honors over 6,000 prisoners.

Before heading back to Bangkok, make a poignant stop at the JEATH War Museum, which provides insight into the historical context of the region.

  • If you have mobility problems, you may have difficulties getting into or out of the long-tailed speedboat. Please advise your guide of this at the commencement of the tour. Your guide will arrange for the driver to take you to the Bridge by road instead.
